1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept items returned without a request.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us through https://wiseld.net/?chat. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the returns are not caused by product quality issues. Such shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns due to product quality issues will be at our expense.
5. Refused Shipments & Customs (EU Orders)
For our European Union (EU) customers, all applicable duties and taxes are fully calculated and collected at checkout (DDP), ensuring no additional fees upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused or unclaimed by the customer, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, a 3% restocking fee and any return shipping costs incurred by the carrier will be deducted from your final refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through https://wiseld.net/?chat with details and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
