Does the side pocket only fit the GT3 wagon, or can I use it on other standard folding wagons too?

While it is custom-tailored specifically to match the frame dimensions and snap-button alignment of the WISELD GT3 electric wagon perfectly, you can technically mount it on other utility wagons with a similar top-frame rail. However, for the most secure and flush fit, it is highly recommended for the GT3.

Is the fabric material tough enough? I'm worried it might rip if I put heavy gear or sharp camping tools inside.

Yes, it is highly durable! The entire side pocket is crafted from premium, high-density Polyester Oxford fabric, which provides exceptional tensile strength, scratch resistance, and tear resistance. It is engineered specifically for outdoor use, so you can pack heavy gear, water bottles, and boxed items with sharp corners without worrying about punctures or rips.

Can I fold the wagon with the side pocket still attached, or do I have to remove it every time?

You will need to remove it before folding. The side pocket is engineered with a sturdy, structured back panel to keep it upright and prevent it from sagging under heavy loads. Because of this rigid back panel, we recommend quickly detaching the side pocket using the snap buttons and Velcro straps before collapsing your GT3 for storage or transport. It only takes a few seconds!

How many separate storage compartments does it have? What are the dimensions?

It features a highly efficient, open-access layout: one large open-top privacy pocket spanning the upper section (perfect for quickly sliding in larger gear or flat items), and 5 separate Polyester Oxford drop-in pockets underneath for quick-access essentials like water bottles, phones, and tools. It spans the entire length of the GT3 wagon side.

How do I clean this side pocket when it gets muddy from camping trips? Is it machine washable?

For minor dirt, simply wiping it down with a damp cloth is best. For thorough cleaning, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and air drying. Machine washing is possible on a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag, but hand washing preserves the lifespan of the metal snap buttons and branding logos.

How does it attach to the wagon? Is it easy to put on and take off?

It's incredibly easy! The side pocket securely attaches using 4 heavy-duty metal snap buttons along the top and 2 hook-and-loop (Velcro) straps on each of the left and right sides. You can easily wrap them around your GT3's metal frame and have it fully installed or removed in under 30 seconds without any tools.

Is the fabric waterproof? What happens if it gets caught in a sudden rain shower?

The entire side pocket is crafted from high-density Polyester Oxford fabric. While it does not have a specialized waterproof coating, the tight weave of the Oxford fabric naturally resists light water droplets and dampness. If it gets muddy or caught in a rain shower, the polyester material dries extremely fast and can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth, preventing water absorption or mold.

Does the pocket sag or swing around when the e-wagon is moving on rough outdoor terrains?

Generally, if your items are packed tightly and organized, the side pocket won't have much noticeable swaying during normal travel. However, if you are carrying a lot of loose gear or riding fast on extremely bumpy off-road trails, we highly recommend using a tie-down strap to wrap around both the wagon body and the side pocket together. This binds everything flush and secure, completely eliminating any sway.

Does it block the wagon's power switch, charging port, or the riding seat attachment in any way?

Not at all! The side pocket is meticulously designed to hang neatly along the side frame rail, meaning it will not interfere with or obstruct the riding seat cushion in any way. You can install and use the seat cushion with absolute ease while the pocket is attached. It also leaves the front handle controls, the rear power switch, and the charging port completely free and unobstructed.

Does the mesh have elastic bands on top to stop my phone or bottles from flying out when going fast?

Yes! Every single one of the 5 lower mesh pockets is built with high-elasticity tension bands sewn along the top rim. They stretch to secure bulky items and snap back tightly to keep slimmer items like phones and keychains firmly in place when the wagon is in electric-riding mode.
