1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing time does not include shipping/delivery time. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, processing time may be extended by 1-2 business days, and we will promptly post the announcement in the website's bulletin board if this occurs.
2. Shipping Destinations & Options
We currently offer shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. You can check the availability of shipping to your location during the checkout process. For domestic and international shipping, we partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS) to provide reliable delivery services.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas that are not covered by our carrier partners. If your address falls into one of these categories, we will contact you to adjust the shipping address or cancel the order (with a full refund).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping destination. The exact shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order. We offer the following shipping cost incentives to enhance your shopping experience:
- Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders that meet a minimum order amount (varies by region; details are displayed on the checkout page).
- Flat Rate Shipping: For select regions, we offer a flat shipping rate regardless of order weight.
4. Notice for EU Customers (Customs Duties & VAT)
Starting July 1, 2026, all orders shipped to the European Union (EU) are subject to EU customs duties and VAT, regardless of the order value. To provide you with a seamless shopping experience, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There will be no surprise charges or additional fees upon delivery.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time varies by shipping destination and selected shipping method. Generally, it will be 3-7 business days for Standard Shipping.
Please note that these are estimated times only. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will include a tracking number and a link to track your order status on the carrier’s website. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our store and navigating to the "Order History" section.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Packaging & Damage During Shipping
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the shipping package. We will review your claim and provide a solution (e.g., refund, replacement, or store credit) promptly.
Please note that minor damage to the outer packaging (e.g., dents, scratches) that does not affect the product inside is not considered a defect, and we appreciate your understanding.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only process order changes or cancellations before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel the order, and you will need to follow our return policy to return the item(s) after delivery.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping services, carrier partnerships, or business operations. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. By continuing to shop with us after the updates, you agree to the revised Shipping Policy.
