- International Shipping

- Lost or Damaged Packages
- If the package is lost or damaged, please contact customer service to submit a claim within 7 days after signing.
- Return Shipping Policy
- For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs; otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Address Requirements
- Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address (street, city, state, ZIP code, and country). FedEx/UPS may not deliver to certain PO Box addresses
