  3. Shipping Costs
    • Orders priced at $500 or more are free shipping if you choose the standard shipping method, and customers are required to pay for their own shipping costs when purchasing accessories under $500 individually. Therefore, suggest that purchase at once if needed.
  4. Customs Duties & Taxes
    • Domestic Shipping
      • In addition to the lastest products, orders from the United States and Australia are shipped locally and customers do not need to pay any taxes.
    • International Shipping
      • The latest products and low-value parts will be shipped from China, and the customer will be responsible for customs duties and import taxes incurred for international orders. Please plan accordingly

  7. Prohibited & Restricted Items
    • Prohibited and restricted items include anything forbidden by U.S.,AU or destination-country regulations, such as flammables, compressed gases, lithium batteries, etc.
  8. Lost or Damaged Packages
    • If the package is lost or damaged, please contact customer service to submit a claim within 7 days after signing.
  9. Return Shipping Policy
    • For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs; otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  10. Address Requirements
    • Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address (street, city, state, ZIP code, and country). FedEx/UPS may not deliver to certain PO Box addresses
